Yes. Reply to any email from us or write to subscribe@mendenequestrian.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until that date. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

You can upgrade from Program Supporter to Active Member at any time. Email us and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Yes. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months per year (Program Supporter $250/year, Active Member $500/year). Email us if you'd prefer annual billing.

We accept payment via QuickBooks Payments, which handles all card processing. Your card data never touches our servers. We see a confirmation that payment was received, nothing more.

Both tiers get the full content library — every training session video, methodology video, and behind-the-scenes content tagged to a horse. Active Member adds three things:

• Real-time access to monthly Live Q&A sessions (Program Supporters get Q&A recordings 14 days later)
• Full access to detailed Horse Progress Reports

You get all horses. Content is organized by horse so you can follow individual journeys, but every subscriber sees every horse's training arc.

Yes. Sponsors fund a specific horse's care for $4,470 (covers initial vet exam and X-rays, transport, 90 days of training and care, and full content access for twelve months). Subscribers get access to the training content — the full journey of each horse through the program with explanations along the way. This is more than accessing a methodology. It's seeing the methodology applied in practice through individual horses that all have unique issues and baggage. Every horse has a different journey but the training methodology is the same, and explained in detail. This allows you to develop a knowledge and understanding of behavioral training, its outcomes and how we get there.

The library is built for serious horse people regardless of role. Trainers, sport horse owners, rescue volunteers, riders rebuilding from a setback — anyone interested in seeing real behavioral rehabilitation done with welfare-first methods.

No. 90 days is not enough to train a horse. 90 days is enough to provide a foundation. Some may take longer. 90 days is our goal, but we will extend the time if it's required.

Yes. When a horse graduates and goes up for sale, Active Members get the first 7 days to purchase. If the horse hasn't sold, Program Supporters get the next 7 days. After 14 days, the horse is listed publicly.
