Q1How does subscription work?
Pick a tier above and complete checkout with your card. You'll receive a magic link by email. Click it to access the library. Payment is processed by Stripe; card data never touches our servers.
Q2Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sign in and open My account → Manage billing to cancel through Stripe's secure portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until that date. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Q3What happens if I switch tiers?
Upgrade or downgrade from My account → Manage billing. Stripe prorates an upgrade against your current period and applies the new tier immediately. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date.
Q4Is my payment information secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-standard PCI-compliant processor. Card data is entered directly into Stripe's hosted forms and never touches our servers. We only see the confirmation that payment succeeded.
Q5What's the difference between the tiers?
Both tiers get the full content library: every training session, topic video, and behind-the-scenes content tagged to a horse. Trainer's Circle adds:

Q6Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?
No partial refunds. You keep access to everything for the rest of your paid period. Cancellation stops future billing.
Q7Do I get content for any specific horse, or all horses?
You get all horses. Content is organized by horse so you can follow individual journeys, but every subscriber sees every horse's training arc.
Q8Are sponsors different from subscribers?
Sponsors fund a specific horse's complete program: the initial vet exam and X-rays, transport, 90 days of training and care, and twelve months of content access. Subscribers get access to the training content. The full journey of each horse, documented and explained, so you understand the methodology, not just the outcome.
Q9What if I'm a horse trainer myself? Is this useful?
The library is built for serious horse people regardless of role: trainers, sport horse owners, rescue volunteers, riders rebuilding from a setback, anyone interested in seeing real behavioral rehabilitation done with welfare-first training.
Q10Is 90 days enough to train a horse?
No. 90 days builds a foundation, not a finished horse. Some need more time and we extend it when they do.
Q11Will I get to buy graduated horses before the public?
Yes. When a horse graduates and goes up for sale, Trainer's Circle members get the first 7 days to purchase. If the horse hasn't sold, The Training Room gets the next 7 days. After 14 days, the horse is listed publicly.
Q12How often is new content added?
New videos are added 3 to 5 times per week. Content includes training sessions, topic breakdowns, and behind-the-scenes footage. The library grows continuously as horses move through the program.
Q13Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Each video explains the reasoning behind every decision. You do not need a training background to follow along. Beginners learn the framework from the ground up. Experienced horse people get the depth behind each application.
